Here he is in his Bumbo. He holds his head up enough to sit in it for a few minutes and then his head falls forward a little, so mommy gets scared and takes him out. :)

We are heading to Branson tomorrow to go to Silver Dollar City with my sister and her family. We are super excited just to get away. We just got back from Walmart and we bought a DVD player for the car so A can watch movies. Getting an early start!! lol I know you people probably think we are crazy...but he will watch the TV at home sometimes and we are trying anything to make him not cry in the car! lol :)
And we bought this Baby Einstein DVD....

we pretty much worship our dvd player on car trips now. we swore we'd never get one---until one 2 hour trip where rex said, "mommy? mommy? see twee? mommy? mommy? wook!! a car!! mommy? mommy? MOMMY??"
omg i wanted to jump out the window. so peaceful now:-) so consider it an investment;-)
Yea! A DVD player- now you can take many roadtrips... come up and see us! :) Some other DVDs that are fun for little guys is Baby Faith. They have hymns in the background and tell classic Bible stories. You can usually get them at Christian book stores. We have them all and JJ loves them! :)
